Integrated with advanced technologies and hi-tech components, our offered material handling equipment has excellent performance and long operational life. Each equipment is undergone through strict stage-wise inspection as per the quality plan and examined as per the latest Indian standard specifications with overload tests, deflection tests and test loads. Our brand, Hi Tech, gives guarantees of the products from the period of 12 months from the date of commissioning and does not expect replacement of the parts for at least 5 years.

Infrastructure & Facilities

For the hassle free operations of the company, we have developed a sophisticated infrastructure facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat which covers 55,000 sq. ft. land area. The unit is segregated into different departments including engineered, production, customer support, sales, quality testing, etc.

Infrastructure for Manufacturing-

Four acres of industrial land- The state-of-the-art workshop is acquiring 4 acres of industrial land in Ahmedabad which is ISO 9001:2015 certified by DNV The Netherland. This facility also helps us in executing turnkey projects of material handling equipment like Industrial Goliath Crane, Jib Crane, Grab Bucket, Electric CT Motor Hoist, etc.
Big manufacturing shades of 55,000 sq. ft.- With the efficient use of our industrial house of 60 x 300 long- 3 Nos. giant shed and lifting capacity of 6 Nos. EOT cranes of 10 Ton capacity, the company has gained expertise in custom built equipment.
Testing pit of 100 ton capacity- Through our 40 x 40 x 25 deep testing pit, we offer load test upto 100 Ton and 6 mtr. height of lift.

Infrastructure for Designing-

Software as per IS standards- With our philosophy of clear vision, our personnel understand the problems of the users with a soft behavior and witnessed the growth of our business from lakhs of turnover to the crores within three decades. We have developed our own software as per the global standards and submit all the data via E-designing activities.

Infrastructure for Services

Service Centres- provide services to the clients throughout India with the aid of our skilled engineering team and also arrange technocrats for the clients. Our service centers are located in:

CNC Machines at service centres- We always prefer to manufacture our products as per the international standards with the use of modern CNC machines, gear boxes, motors, geared couplings, brakes, control components and V3F drives, etc.
